Account Manager


As the face of our business you will strike up new client relationships, manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts and lead demonstrations, system setup & training.

  • Create new sales opportunities and build on relationships with existing accounts
  • Lead demonstrations on CEMAR and articulate the features and benefits of our solution
  • Manage and support a portfolio of client accounts and existing users
  • Initiate and lead the mobilisation and setup of CEMAR with new clients
  • Host system training as part of the implementation of CEMAR
  • Become highly knowledgeable in the scope, application, purpose and operation of the CEMAR system
  • Become familiar with the terminology and process prescribed within NEC3 and FIDIC contracts


  • Natural, confident public speaker
  • Exceptional communication skills and highly organised
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with positive, flexible and problem solving attitude
  • Proven track record of successful Account management
  • Prepared to travel extensively throughout the UK
  • Excellent IT and computer skills
  • Full UK driving license


  • An understanding of the SaaS market
  • Commercial acumen and experience
  • Experience working in or alongside the construction industry, preferably in an NEC3 setting
  • Experience in delivering training
