RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Become highly knowledgeable in the scope, application, purpose and operation of the CEMAR system
  • Become familiar with the terminology and process prescribed within NEC contracts
  • Provide exceptional and personalised support to users of CEMAR by telephone, support ticket, face-to-face, live-chat and any other means
  • Identifying and remedying support queries quickly and accurately
  • Work closely with account managers and identify training needs
  • Mobilising new contracts and users through accurate data entry 
  • Developing and maintaining help and support materials - in both written and video format
  • Work with our agile development team to assist in the investigation and resolution of system defects
  • Provide training to users in person, by webinar and by telephone

Junior Business Development Administrator

The Business Development Administrator will support our Account Managers in the mobilisation and setup of new clients and the CEMAR system.   This role is office-based, 40 hours a week and involves a lot of structured tasks to be completed on a daily-basis, often working to short deadlines.  There are recurring daily tasks to be completed efficiently and accurately.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data entry
  • Adding new Users to the System and configuration of governance
  • Creation of new contracts, configuration of z-clauses and inputting of Contract Data and other schedules
  • Electronic filing
  • Managing diaries & making travel arrangements
  • Preparing training resources for Account Managers
  • Event management
  • Processing internal queries
  • Communicating with CEMAR’s clients

 ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record in Administration and Data Handling (ideally from a finance or insurance background)
  • GCSE Mathematics and English Grade C or above
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail with the ability multi-task
  • Team player with the ability to work alone on own initiative
  • Previous customer service or sales support experience

NVQ/SVQ in Business and Administration, Levels 1-4

Digital Media Specialist

The Digital Media Specialist will work alongside the marketing team and handle various online marketing tools, including our website to ultimately promote our company and increase client engagement. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote our Group and its products and/or services according to business goals
