ICT Technician

Benjamin joined CEMAR in 2016 as an ICT Apprentice after having achieved a distinction in System Support at college. Since then, he has achieved a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Advanced ICT and progressed to ICT Technician.

At CEMAR, Benjamin offers internal support to all team members and ensures all company devices meet compliance policies set in relation to our ISMS. He leads the annual recertification assessment of Cyber Essentials Plus and has implemented a ticketing system to efficiently manage internal ICT support requests.
