Responsibilities

  • Become highly knowledgeable in the scope, application, purpose and operation of the CEMAR system
  • Become familiar with the terminology and process prescribed within NEC3 and FIDIC contracts
  • Provide exceptional & personalised support to users of CEMAR by telephone, support ticket, face-to-face, live-chat and any other means
  • Identifying and remedying support queries quickly and accurately
  • Work closely with account managers and identify training needs
  • Mobilising new contracts and users through accurate data entry
  • Developing and maintaining help and support materials
  • Work with our agile development team to assist in the investigation and resolution of system defects
  • Provide training to users in person, by webinar and by telephone

As the face of our business you will strike up new client relationships, manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts and lead demonstrations, system setup & training.

Responsibilities

  • Create new sales opportunities and build on relationships with existing accounts
  • Lead demonstrations on CEMAR and articulate the features and benefits of our solution
  • Manage and support a portfolio of client accounts and existing users
  • Initiate and lead the mobilisation and setup of CEMAR with new clients
  • Host system training as part of the implementation of CEMAR

Reporting to the Head of Account Management, the Marketing Manager will take a lead in developing and implementing CEMAR’s marketing and business development strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver CEMAR’s marketing strategy and implementation plans for all marketing channels.
  • Take ownership of CEMAR’s online presence through website content, news stories, business and social media (trusted with delivering CEMAR’s message across all media).
  • Become highly knowledgeable in the scope, application, purpose and operation of the CEMAR system.
  • Become familiar with the terminology and process prescribed within NEC3 and FIDIC contracts.
  • Work closely with directors and account managers to understand client needs to evolve marketing strategies effectively.

Essential Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience of the construction industry.
  • Tangible experience within the marketing team of a similar style organisation.
  • Exceptional written and presentation skills understanding different styles for delivering focused marketing content.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at C Grade or above

  • Work onsite within our agile development team, building directly on CEMAR's strategy by delivering real-time, event-driven services in common data environments
  • Contribute to all aspects of the agile software development life cycle including technical documentation and test analysis
  • Mentoring and guiding CEMAR developers by way of code reviews and assistance on escalated issues
  • Working to support a highly available, scalable and resilient infrastructure
  • Collaborate with CEMAR's suppliers, clients and high-value prospects

Essential Requirements

  • Software Engineering focused on Web-based enterprise applications
  • Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, T-SQL, jQuery and message queuing
  • Strong experience developing web services (using XML and JSON- Spring MVC/REST, WS-SECURITY a plus)
  • Experience with integration testing tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • To be dedicated, patient, and able to learn quickly
  • Comfortable working as an integral part of a team
