Laura joined the CEMAR team as Software Support Specialist in November 2016 after having previously worked for two years in customer service.

As part of the Support team, Laura answers User tickets, offering frontline support. This involves investigating issues and offering guidance on how to utilise the system, in addition to writing help articles and narrating tutorial videos. With a keen eye for Marketing, she is soon to start a Level 4 Certificate in Marketing to pursue her interest.
