Oliver joined CEMAR in 2015 after achieving a triple distinction grade in Software Support at college. At the time he joined there was only himself and Adam, and soon they began to create a standard for client interaction, building a foundation for CEMAR’s support function to grow.

Oliver has been fundamental in the reinvention and continued improvement of the Support Help Centre over the past year. He has overseen the introduction of in-depth help articles and narrated video tutorials to ensure high-quality content for all CEMAR Users.
