BAE Systems Site Redevelopment Programme One Year On...

The £300 million eight year Site Redevelopment Programme is delivering a mix of new build projects and the refurbishment of existing facilities to enable the Barrow-in-Furness site to deliver the next generation of the UK strategic nuclear deterrent submarines.

The implementation of CEMAR across this portfolio of work has been a resounding success, enabling robust contract control across multiple NEC3 Professional Services and Engineering and Construction Contracts.

We look forward to continuing to serve BAE and their extensive supply chain with our simple and effective system for administering NEC3.

"CEMAR has been integral to the successful management of the programme.  The intuitive interface has been an enabler to those not experienced in the use of NEC3 and the powerful reporting capability provides confidence that we are in full control of our contracts at all times. We cannot recommend the CEMAR system highly enough."
Mike Bartlett, Senior Supply Chain Manager, BAE Systems
