Mildren Construction is using CEMAR

Following their appointment by Hampshire County Council, Mildren Construction sought a web-based approach to NEC3 contract administration, management and reporting for the upcoming A27 Improvements project from Segensworth to Titchfield, Fareham.

Due to be completed in late 2017, the team are now 6 months into the project and their move to CEMAR.

“CEMAR has allowed us to manage the requirements of this Option D Contract much more effectively, and the benefits of the system have been noted across the team. The consistent use of the system by both parties provides everyone with the ability to take a snap shot of the contract and identify any potential issues at any time, which is an invaluable tool, especially for those who are not dedicated to the project on a full time basis.”
Ashley Harvey, Commercial Manager
