HM Land Registry working with CEMAR

The Project
CEMAR are proud to have been working with HMLR since April 2018 on their NEC3 Term Service Contracts for the provision of Total FM Services, which consists of twenty-one properties across their estate.

The Client
HM Land Registry is a government department enabling the public to register ownership of their land and property in England and Wales. Established in 1862, the organisation is now one of the largest property databases in Europe. More than 85% of English and Welsh land is registered through HM Land Registry, who have fourteen offices across the country, with over five thousand employees. To date the organisation has registered over twenty-five million titles.

Did You Know?
HM Land Registry are currently working closely with Highways England to register more than a thousand miles of road and rail networks by 2030, as a part of the goal to complete the entirety of the Land Register.
