think project! Kick Off Event 2019

This month, CEMAR joined the rest of the think project! group in Munich at the annual Kick-Off Event to celebrate 2018’s successes and view some exciting developments for 2019.

Attended by teams from fields including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Poland, France and Spain, the event was the first opportunity for many of the CEMAR team to connect with our overseas colleagues, providing some great opportunities to explore think project! further.

The first day consisted of introductions to each group member and welcome talks. This was followed with sessions on our values and behaviours, innovation and the think project! vision and mission for 2019.

We were also given a great opportunity to sit down to an expert panel with Alar Jost, Crawford Patterson and Paul Wilkinson, covering the digitalisation of the construction industry, as well as discussions on best practices and ways to improve.

Our second day was dedicated to workshops, including a discussion around BIM, the Agile working method, a HR session with YeaHR, demonstrations of each team’s products and a first look at the up-coming V10.0 update of think project!’s software.

We are grateful for this fantastic opportunity to have met all the other teams and we look forward to a very exciting year as part of the think project! group.
